This is a perfect appetizer: it’s fresh, flavorful and packed with protein - and I love the creaminess of the avocado with a bit of tang from the citrus. Enjoy!
6-8 oz of sushi grade ahi tuna chopped into cubes
1 avocado diced
1 juice of lime (I had to substitute with a lemon 1:1)
1/3 c. Cilantro chopped
1/2 c. Red onion minced
1 tsp salt
Jalapeño (optional)
Combine ingredients, toss and let it marinade for 20 mins.
