Ok one day, definitely not the next.
Staying positive is hard, but I will always find comfort in this simple wisdom that helped me through my own mentl health issues a few years ago: Nothing is permanent and this is not forever.

@lifelineaustralia has some BANGING advice which I have found v helpful at the moment:
* Follow a 'calm yet cautious approach'
* Manage your exposure to media coverage
* Show compassion and kindness to one another
* Actively manage your wellbeing

Im sharing memories from some 'different' times, and sure, we can't do anything that resembles this experience right now (DW, I'm going to share the clips of me cutting sick at Carlton Gardens during August last year over the next few weeks which will hopefully give you a lol) but at the moment, I'm focusing on the little things each day that can bring me joy.. a few if you will:
* Coffee in bed err'day
* Turning up some disco tunes v loud and dancing with zero fks
* My BFFs beautiful newborn @ivy_creative
* Bougie AF meals getting cooked for me err'day (lolz @patrickupthere )
* @nhallam's daily twitter recap

And because I like to get all sentimental and find nice words to articulate things better than I ever could, see below;
