Cooking with @BangEnergy Sweet Ice Tea! 💛
Salmon Pasta Primavera
16 oz King Salmon filet
Cover filet with:
whipped butter
minced garlic
fresh dill
lemon slices
Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Pasta:
3 cups garlic parsley fettuccini
1 serrano pepper diced
1/2 small red onion sliced
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 red bell pepper
Boil pasta until soft (about 12 minutes)
Add in vegetables and boil for 1 min with pasta
Drain water and put into a large bowl
Add:
1/2 cup virgin olive oil
1 cup parmesan / roman cheese blend
3 oz Molly Mcbutter
Mix and put pasta on plate
Lay salmon filet on top
Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper and fresh lemon juice on top.
Serve with ice cold Bang 😋
