We are an Olympic sport and the Government is treating us as a "leisure activity". This is not only harming the training and development of an entire generation of skaters, but is having detrimental effects on their wellbeing and mental health. We have been told three times now that our sport can return to training, and three times this has been delayed at the last minute. Our skaters could visit a busy pub, gym, or even a trampoline park, yet they are not allowed to train in small socially-distanced groups in the various very large ice rinks across the country.
