Image three features Mercy Sang @mercy.sang, a model and the founder of @poccmag, which stands for People of Colour Collective, which was established to capture diversity in the fashion industry. "I think making sure that we are constantly putting these communities at the forefront is the start...It shouldn’t be something revolutionary, it shouldn’t be something different—it should be the norm," Sang says of amplifying the voices of typically underrepresented groups and minority communities.
