➡️ Seated Twist + Lift
➡️ Alternating Sprinter Sit Ups
➡️ Extended Sit Up & Twist Down
Set a timer for 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest and complete 5 rounds for a 20 minute advanced core blast 💪🏼
