Red, White, and Blue Protein Muffins . 🧁🧁🧁  Ingredients: 2 cups of Kodiak Cakes Baking Mix 3 scoops @1stPhorm Level-1 Vanilla IceCream Pinch of salt 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup stevia 1 cup of unsweetened apple sauce 2 whole eggs 1/4 cup butter melted 6 oz blueberries 4 oz red raspberries 1/4 cup white chocolate chips  Directions: In a mixing bowl combine the baking mix, protein powder, stevia, baking powder, and salt. Add in the eggs, apple sauce, and butter. Mix well. Add in blueberries, red raspberries, and white chocolate chips and mix again. Scoop into muffin tins or cupcake cups till almost the top.. optional: sprinkle with vanilla almond granola!  . .
