This is Covehead Harbour Lighthouse on the north shore of Prince Edward Island. It's one of 50 lighthouses which surrounded the island and it protected against shipwrecks. Some have had to be moved inland over the years as the coast has been eroded and others aren't in use any more, but they're looked after by local community groups and make a great photo op on a sunny day.”⁠ ⁠ - We love hearing about your travel experiences around Canada.
