In occasion of the first virtual Milano Fashion Week, @CameraModa asked our Editor-in-Chief @EFarneti to curate a virtual portfolio of Italian artists; the result is ‘Image Makers’, a digital gathering of ten extremely talented Italian photographers. Today we introduce you to @AlexandraVonFuerst: born in 1992, she grew up in Italy and graduated in photography in Milano. Starting from a focus on female sexuality and awareness, her work challenges perceptions of identity and reality to recreate understanding in modern philosophy, questioning the impact of human action on the relationship between body and nature. “As part of an era of transition and transformation, I believe in the active and positive reconstruction of meaning within contemporary culture and society.” says Alexandra. “I believe there is a strict connection and unity in the world, which is created, broken and regenerated in a constant circle of organic construction.”
