Too often we become prideful and stop communicating about our inner struggles. We keep it in, we let them take away our joy and peace. We stop reaching out for help. It feels like we hit the reset button... and it’s starting to work. I’m reaching out again, because I don’t want to give up or live in pain alone. Life seems so much simpler now. I can breathe.
