On January 11th, at the Los Angeles City Hall, @TheLoveStorm began its global tour raising awareness and shared collective energy against human-trafficking and modern-day slavery. On March 11th, the Storm continued its campaign in New York City. On March 12th, COVID-19 stopped the U.S. in its tracks.
The Love Storm has continued to brew, but hasn’t been permitted to make landfall in any new cities due to the global pandemic.
HOWEVER, the novel coronavirus has not stopped the trafficking of little children, men and women. In fact, experts say that it’s making it worse because the issue has stopped being a major focal point.
THE LOVE STORM is relaunching an initial phase virtually on Thursday, 7.30.2020 #WorldDayAgainstTraffickingInPersons
