I feel blessed to have even participated in one let alone subsequent games. My body and mind is rested and relaxed. The business side of life is being managed by my amazing team. I’ve parked any part of my ego that has held me back and let others play their part - Its liberating. We have some great partnership opportunities that will be moving alongside us this Olympic cycle towards Tokyo and beyond. I never completely had the business side of life aligned as all I focussed on was training. But with the current events in the World I’ve been able to step back and look into an area I had in the past neglected. The games may have been postponed one year but all is well- they are a strong part of my life but still just only a part...Everything is where it was meant to be. Now starts what will be my longest straight training camp ever....
