I have never been this heavy in my life and so as I go through this journey of life and having put on 15 pounds I truly don’t know how I’m supposed to feel. - Some days I feel happy about it because the relief and stress of always being 100% on my training and diet is nice. Some days I feel sad like I let myself go. I didn’t realize how hard I was being on myself and how mixed my emotions were about the weight gain. - All I know is I LOVE ME and if this is the body I have right now then so be it because I am proud to be a woman and embrace myself at all stages even when I’m not sure of things. - Whether you are like me on the left or me on the right, just know you are beautiful no matter what.
