Simple meaning less movement more stillness, less ambition more focus on the present, less email addresses with overflowing inboxes and more boundaries, smaller circles with deeper meaning, less texting and more writing, less desire to overachieve and more peace with not doing it all, less about perfection more about what’s real and tangible.
