Coming to us from Flatbush, Brooklyn (aka "Little Caribbean"), and continuing our #f52community themed seafood week is @shelleyworrell, the founder of @iamcaribbeing, who's making Caribbean Stuffed Fish with Pineapple Chow. The fish get coated in a nice marinade (which includes tons of shado beni), stuffed with all kinds of fresh vegetables, and then go on the grill for about 15 minutes. In the end, it's paired with a spicy pineapple salad, known as pineapple chow, which has a bright red, spicy pepper added for an extra kick, along with a few cloves of garlic and even more shado beni. The recipe for this will be on the site soon and will be shared in our stories when it's ready. #f52community
