Been biking quite a lot lately 💨
It’s important to keep it varied and fun still, and makes such a big difference having people join in on these sessions with me!
My training today
8 times intervals of
1 min fast
30 sec slow
30 sec fast
1 min moderate
90 sec - 2 min rest between sets 💦
I keep a close look in my hr during these as well 😉👌
