While it's normal to hide the kitchen to block out noise and smells in Spanish tradition, it's much more typical to see an open kitchen, like in this Paris apartment, on full display. "Today my clients often want kitchens to be connected to dining rooms," Castillo says. "Here, I designed both spaces to be equally stunning." The kitchen’s oak table is custom, and the chair and bench are in fabrics by Castillo and @gastonydaniela, both available through @kravetinc. The range and hood are by @vikingrange, the custom cabinets are painted in @farrowandball’s Studio Green, the counters are in Nero Marquina marble, the pendants are custom made of antique glass from Spain, the wallpaper is from the Lorenzo Castillo Collection, and the flooring is Macael marble with a Nero Marquina marble frame.
