Momo next to me, catching his breath after a day of rocky roads and jumping in lakes. I recognize I’ve been quieter with the Black Lives Matter movement, but I haven’t stopped working! I think a lot about how a movement carries so much powerful energy, fuels a fire within us, and it’s our work to continue stoking it. I’ve been doing much more self work to make sure I can show up with my head on straight. I’ve been processing life events and working on eliminating patterns that don’t serve me.
