PART 2! We make it and eat it! It's all very exciting. Here is the recipe as Timmy wrote it out to send to my sister Jade who also loves Bolognese

Ingredients:
I sort of just guessed with amounts so feel free to do the same

Ground beef - 1.5 Lbs
Celery - three stalks
Carrots - 4 long ones
Onion - 1 big white one
Tomato paste - one can
herb (whatever you like, we used oregano) - half a cup
White wine
Milk

In a big pasta pot heat up enough oil to go up the sides a bit.

Once hot, throw all the chopped veggies in and keep the heat on low for an hour. The idea is to gently cook the veggies and not let them brown.

After an hour or so, add the meat (season with whatever you like - salt, pepper, etc), a rave spoon of tomato paste, and herb and cook for two and half hours. You can put a top on the pot and keep it on super low heat. The idea is the meat steams itself. Check it every 20 minutes or so and stir.

Then add the milk and wine and cook at low for another hour. It should be really wet and then the moisture cook out for the last hour. If it ever looks dry you can add some water and stir.

Salt to taste and serve over pasta
