I am a picky eater. I am. We don't really need to get into how and why, but one thing I've always liked is Bolognese. There is something about the texture and warmth that makes me feel at home. Timmy is a great home chef but has never made proper Bolognese. We enlisted the help of @mikekassar of @wexlersdeli , restaurateur and Timmy's best friend since 1st grade to teach us how. I'm telling you, all you need are quality ingredients and time. This recipe will be with us for the rest of our lives. Enjoy! Oh, I don't eat pasta either. For the record, it has nothing to do with diet nor nutrition. I just don't like the texture, ok? You can yell at me in the comments.
