It’s only 2x 1hr fitness camps a week but I’m hoping to build upto more.. After 4 months of no work from lockdown plus the isolation being on my own in Essex (a area I’m not from) I’ve set up my 1st ever group fitness class which was so much fun & w 3-4months of lockdown, this was soo needed all around!!! Mentally, emotionally & physically! . Getting outdoors after being cooped up & being around other people is so good for our mental health & then the training is much needed when hardly anyone’s been moving much as working from home & out of routine. feels so good to be social & part of a community again & all the women loved it & can’t wait for our next sessions. Many are like me & not from the area originally, so it can be very isolating in normal times, never mind with being stuck at home/working from home w lockdown.. I’ve done one to one Pt for far too long. I think Group training is my thing as I’m able to help more people.. :) . I have a very good feeling about it. I’ve been wanting to do a fitness camps for over 5 yrs, when I did my 4x day outdoor fitness camp course which I did a year after becoming a personal trainer... finally I get to do them :) . Changed up the way I work but be a blessing in the long run!
