Some of you use the weekly journaling prompt for heartfelt sharings with your friends - an opening into a genuinely vulnerable place within you. On Wednesdays we close our eyes and meditate together. Thursdays are about gratitude and how to put it into action. And Fridays are for self-care; something to bring with you into the weekend that has the potential to make a real change in your life. Every episode is 5 minutes long, and I want every second of it to be of real purpose.⁣ ⁣ And here is the funny thing: do you know how I come up with this content every day? How I create the practices, the journaling prompts, the intentions? I sit down, close my eyes, and check in with what I need. It’s that simple. It never ceases to amaze me: the pain and struggles I’m going through ALWAYS relate to what you need and how you feel. When I feel alone in my pain, I remember this.⁣ ⁣ We are all in this together. We are not separate, we just think we are. Every single practice you have that brings you closer to remembering that you are not alone; whether it’s a podcast, a way to move your body, a book, a ritual... Hold on to it. Return to it.
