Totally winging it tonight, and I wanted a scampi and just threw this together. The best scampi I have ever made! And so super easy. I just cut up some butter and put in the bottom of the baking dish, added some fresh minced garlic, a splash of lemon juice, a splash of white wine. Then I layered some Trader Joe’s Argentinian shrimp on top and then seasoned with salt, pepper, Trader Joe’s garlic salt grinder and some @flavorgod Ranch seasoning and a little parsley. Baked at 425 degrees until the shrimp were done, about 15-20 minutes, depending on size of shrimp. That @flavorgod ranch seasoning made all the difference. So, so, so good!
