75 hard... where do I even start with this challenge? Here’s a quick rundown on the requirements involved.
75 straight days of

*Following a Diet
*Two 45 minute workouts daily (one must be outside) *ZERO alcohol or cheat meals
*1 gallon of water daily *10 pages of reading
*Take a progress photo every day

My story: I went into this challenge at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. My MRI showed a torn labrum and a deep contusion to my shoulder, which restricted me 100% on working my upper body. I rapidly dropped 10 lbs. & the timing couldn’t have been worse, as 2 weeks prior I had just hit my all-time max in strength and weight. Then the gyms closed. Motivation was at an overwhelming low & I was slumping into a very dark headspace. At this point, I had two choices: 1) Sit back and give up 2) Push myself to my absolute full potential despite the shitty circumstances

I chose choice #2.
.
My next play was turning my storage room into a mini weight-room. I was only able to go on walks/runs outside and switch off between abs and legs. 2 daily 45-minute sessions of legs. 2 daily 45-minute sessions of abs. Despite the weather, despite the time of day, despite my mood... I got that shit done! As May came around I packed up the car with my weights to quarantine in Florida for the month. I arrived and set up shop on the rooftop. I was finally able to incorporate upper body and get back to my usual workout split. Being locked down with 17 family members was amazing, but DAMN do they like to eat a bunch of junk and sip on some BOOZE! With temptation all around me, I did not falter. Not one donut, not one piece of pizza, not one sip of soda/alcohol..NOT ONE! I was already mastering the physical aspect of the challenge. Now it was a mental game. The clarity I gained and mindset shift was truly unexplainable. I became mentally unstoppable. That’s not bullshit. That’s straight up! No doubt whatsoever, the biggest catalyst to my mental gain was the constant love, support, feedback & encouragement from all of you. You all kept me going!
