Here’s a fun version of the Palloff Press that will wreck your core. All you need is a band w/ a handle, something to anchor it to, and a small kettlebell.

▪️hit 10 straight out presses - fighting against that tension, focus on keeping that handle in the center of your body while you press up and out.
.
▪️throw a weight on the band and have a partner pull the weight back and sling it forward. Try as hard as you can to keep that handle in the same spot (arms extended straight out & up). Do 8 reps 💪🏼
