.. A morning that helps me feel my best and I honestly get so stoked for right when I wake up. Throughout quarantine I definitely fell out of my routine often (which is OK) but im ready to get back to it so I can feel GREAT again.
𝐀 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤:
*@thesculptsociety workout challenge
*run a couple times a week (to start) for @racemvmt
* drink a gallon of water a day
*morning and nightly walks
*continue to educate myself, listen and be present.
