So a few individuals asked me what could be replaced with a morning cuppa coffee.

☕️Carob powder
Carob powder is mostly known for chocolate alternative, already quite sweet in flavor so no need to add any sugar, has a hot coco vybe, just mix with warm plant based mylk. It gives an energized feeing, helps with the digestive system(which is important because digestion can make you feel sluggish)

☕️Dandelion Coffee(Dandelion root tea) *my fav
Very famous coffee alternative, looks similar and tastes similar to coffee, immune boosting herbal tea that has antioxidants which helps stimulate blood circulation and reduce inflammation.

This sweet and spicy tea supports the increase of energy, reduce stress and calm the nerves. I highly recommend blending it with ginger as it boosts the effect of fighting depression, fatigue and of course it’s delicious when paired.
