Feeling heartache, anger & pain for our black sisters & brothers has been heart wrenching. . Feeling sadness for the loads of GOOD police being attacked & hated for wearing the same uniform as assholes who don’t deserve that right has been depressing. . Feeling exhaustion for the business owners fighting to stay alive thru mandatory closings & riots. . Throw into the mix an overwhelming amount of ppl throwing judgement & hate at one another for not thinking exactly as they do, not expressing things perfectly, not speaking from the same exact world view..that just creates even more sadness. . I’m allowed to be sad about ALL of these things & so are you. Stop letting ppl who want division & chaos & hate in this world dictate & bully you into feeling exactly as they do..full of hate. . I am one person and am allowed to feel ALL of it. . We are better than hate. Hate is the easy & lazy route. . Love is what heals us. . Hate may get attention but it doesn’t make us CARE.
