DROP SETS!
Want to improve your gains on some of your smaller muscle groups and upper body? Try drop sets with any dumbbell workouts! You can do them for back, shoulders, bis, tris, abs etc! Just grab 3-4 sets of different weights and have them ready to drop and pick up in quick succession, no resting between sets. Always start with heaviest weight first, rep until failure, then pick up next set immediately. For instance I grabbed 20 lb dumbbells, 15 lbs and 10 lb dumbbells for my lateral shoulder raise workout to get the most muscle recruitment. You will feel the burn! Let’s get some summer quarantine gains!
