There will be ups and downs and it is important to trust the process. Not every practice or competition will be my best work, and not every wash day will be perfect. I have set big goals, worked towards them, and SO many times come up short - this is when it is important to have a community to lean on. I am so thankful to have found the LUS Brands community 13 months ago. You can’t judge yourself off of a good swim, bad swim, good hair day, or bad hair day. It is KEY to evaluate the results and to move forward with more knowledge from the experience. I have learned that it is important to ask questions and ask for help! I have also learned that it is important to share what you know and try to help others out when you can. With the support of LUS Brands I fully committed to embracing my natural curls.
