The @blackinteriordesignersnetwork, a non-profit organization with a mission to highlight Black talent in an effort to land business development opportunities, has shared a list of guidelines to advise companies on how they can become an ally to the Black design community. Their list includes everything from promoting Black voices and Black designers, to having the difficult but necessary conversations about the roles that we play in contributing to racial disparities, and they are raising funds now to benefit their efforts and the work of the NAACP.
