That is who I have been my whole life, the smaller number or part of the world. No one likes to be smaller or less than. I don’t want to feel different or that I don’t belong. I shouldn’t have to feel different because of the color of my skin. It is time for equality. I am 30 years old and I am only still learning how to navigate through this crazy thing called life. I have had my ups and my downs as I am sure most of you have. Life is hard enough without this added weight on our shoulders. I understand what it means when a black man says that he has endured cruelty and oppression or when a black man says he feels “different.” IT IS NOT OK. America, DO BETTER! We shouldn’t have to protest and march to be treated like human beings. After all, it is just the PIGMENT of our skin, my skin. There is only one race, and that is the human race. I want to thank all of my beautiful black brothers and sisters that have given me the courage to stand with them. To everyone who has used their voice for good. Everyone that continues to raise awareness and bring about change, I thank you.」6月5日 7時51分 - mrmontyjackson
