I piled mine up with saffron and garlic mayonnaise, a splodge of brown sauce, onions cooked in duck fat for 45 minutes, shredded iceberg, sliced tomato, and kimchi. Divine treat. The duck burgers come via @cornishcollectivefood by the way. Also have a couple of punnets of the most beautiful mushrooms from them.
