So I was just on the range, every pro was using something on the ground for their alignment while every club member (amateur) well, wasn’t 🤣. Along with the grip, posture & ball position, alignment is one of the fundamentals you need to pay attention to every time you practice. Putting down an alignment stick, golf club, umbrella, whatever it might be only takes a few seconds but is really beneficial in creating good habits. I have a tendency to be closed with my feet and open with my upper body so every time I practice I make sure I’m working on it.
