Happy Monday to you all 👋🏼
This past weekend I tested myself over the 400m in training for what must be the first time ever (the longest I would’ve run to would be 350m at race pace).
It was a shock to the system to say the least!! I ran by myself, and it didn’t help that I chose possibly the windiest day in the month to run it 😂 - that last 50m was a struggle 🥴
Even though it’s far from a race scenario, and maybe not where I envisioned I would be in May 2020, it was a good indication of how things have been going the past few weeks and has given me all the motivation and inspiration I need to get me through the next few weeks. I absolutely can’t wait to get started 🙌🏽💪🏼
