2023… the season I found myself again🧚🏽‍♀️🩵

hours and hours of work & practice put in, so I’m beyond proud to be leaving this year behind with some of the fastest times i’ve ever run:

now it’s 4 weeks of much needed physical & mental rest before we switch it back on again for Olympic year ✨🏃🏽‍♀️
