During Colorado’s Stay-At-Home order, I redirected my energy towards something a little different. “Pulling-and-stabilizing” are familiar concepts in climbing, but parallette bars introduced “pushing-and-stabilizing” that helped round out my antagonist muscles. These bars gave me a physical outlet while also keeping the existential dread at bay 😅 and they continue to be great supplementary training for climbing.

Some FAQ’s to note:
❓Will these hold my weight? As long as you get Schedule 40 or Schedule 80 PVC, YES they will hold your weight!

❓What are the measurements? Check the link in my bio OR my story highlights for materials and measurements.

❓Are the PVC parallettes stable? Yes, if you glue and/or add sand to them. I did not glue mine at the time BUT I do encourage glue for extra safety.
