I like to verbally acknowledge when I’ve made it past vertical 😇 Back at it now that we are in level 2! Since we have a whole winter ahead of us we are starting with the basics - good old sandpit vaulting. Three days in and I’m already exhausted and so very sore from getting back to normal training 🙃

I don’t even know when I last vaulted, I don’t really want to count the number of days (or months), but it’s been a very, very long time since I’ve been able to train normally with my training partners. It feels like heaven compared to the long hours of rebuilding from injury, often by myself. I’ve got to throw it out there and say I’m feeling so grateful for my training partners and coach right now 😌
