We’re collectively living through a very unusual period of change, which I think makes it easier for some to accept mental health issues as an important conversation - the reason for somebody feeling depressed or anxious is easier for them to understand. I really hope this will open doors for people in the future to have more empathy and compassion for all of the weird things our brains like to put us through, ‘understandable’ circumstance or not. ⁣ ⁣ Continue to show kindness to others, it will make them and you feel better.
