More than ever I knew I had to prioritise my wellness as it would directly impact my child’s. I also took time to look after my body, inside and out, from working out to skincare rituals. Like my daily massages using @biooilusa. Its a routine I cherish and that makes me feel good because I am taking care of the one body I have through all these huge evolutions. From pre pregnancy, to pregnancy, and now postpartum I am consistent with moisturising and nourishing my skin because it’s incredible how it stretched and recovered and allowed me to create my tiny magical human💕 Don’t skip the taking care of you bit, even when you feel there’s no time or you’re that not worthy or you can’t be bothered.
