7 years, 84 flavors in NYC (plus dozens more in LA and London), and countless people we’ve welcomed through our doors from all over the city and all over the world. When we first opened our little Bakery on Spring Street here in Soho back in 2011, I told myself and my team that creativity would be the cornerstone for everything we do. And that included something we called the Cronut®, which we decided to launch about 2 years in for Mother’s Day weekend in 2013. Here we are, 84 monthly flavors in for NYC, and we’ve still never repeated a flavor in any of our shops. Thank you for allowing us to keep on creating, to keep on welcoming you all through rain or shine or pandemics, and bring a smile to your faces with a little something sweet.
