Anyone else having to get creative at home with workouts? What interesting things have you used for weights to try and keep the gains? 😭 You can do these movements with resistance bands or dumbbells if you have them! I’m using part of a baby toy called the jolly jumper I found on amazon so my daughter @ariaskyekagan can join me with these movements to tone my arms and booty while keeping her safe!
TRY 3-4 ROUNDS OF:
1) Upright Rows x 1 min
2) Bicep Curls x 1 min
3) Front Delt Raise x 1 min
4) Shoulder Press x 1 min
5) Good Mornings x 1 min
