Images from A life ago... today on french Tv @tf1 @davidbaiot ❤️😊 I used to look back all the time... I used to fill myself up with regrets and frustrations and anger and disappointment... always living in the « should have, could have, would have » ... Why? Now I realize that the reason I was always looking back or projecting myself into illusionary futures was that I was NOT LIVING IN THE PRESENT!!! This may sound so simple but we do this to ourselves ALL THE TIME!!! I didn’t allow myself to fully enjoy what I was doing and therefore I was in constant suffering. NOW, I’ve learned to enjoy EVERY single thing that I do: the good, the bad and the ugly. I take it all in because when it is a nice thing, well, is easy to enjoy and when is not such a nice thing, well, it is an opportunity to learn and to grow so there’s nothing « bad » really... It all depends on HOW you allow yourself to live trough it all. We can unlearn all these unhealthy habits we’ve been nourishing our entire lives... We have the choice and the right to change the way we look at things, to change our ways ... TO LEARN AND TO GROW!!!! Isn’t that the reason we come here? To learn, to experience and to grow... ? I believe so. That’s what keeps me present. Everything changes all the time... including myself, with a constant truth, an unshakable truth within... I am loving awareness. I am present. I am loved. I am love.
