Welcome to a very special Birthday Edition of Cubby’s Kitchen! Who’s ready to make some ice cream?

Today is my birthday! And although we may be far apart, I thought of a fun way we could all party #TogetherAtHome. Homemade Ice Cream! And the best part is, aside from it being unbelievably delicious, this recipe from @TestKitchen doesn’t require an ice cream machine!

All you need is a blender, airtight container (at least 1 quart), and the following ingredients:

☑️ 2 Cups Heavy Cream (chilled)
☑️ 1 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
☑️ 1/4 Cup Whole Milk
☑️ 1/4 Cup Light Corn Syrup
☑️ 2 Tablespoons Sugar
☑️ 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
☑️ 1/4 Teaspoon Table Salt

Simply follow the instructions in the video, add some of your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
