For those of you who get vegetable box deliveries and are lucky enough to find a bunch of asparagus inside, #RecipeOfTheDay offers a great way to make it go further. You can use yogurt in place of buttermilk. And use what herbs you happen to have. But actually, you could just roast the whole asparagus in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes with olive oil and lemon zest and sprinkle salt and lemon juice on it hot from the oven. A glorious way of eating it!
