LOL. Got challenged to another BLOODY PUSH-UP CHALLENGE last night by @senlf 🙃 25 push ups for 25 days BUT it's to raise awareness for PTSD, depression + anxiety.
I'm not gonna do 25 push-ups for 25 days (Sorry Sylv) but I am gonna say a few quick words about mental health tings 🧠 Can everyone plz make sure you're focusing on your MENTAL health as much as you're looking after your PHYSICAL health RN. I mean, I know they go hand in hand. But while everyone is making sure they get a daily workout in (KEEP DOING THAT TOO!!) Make sure you're checking in with your headspace everyday 💆🏻♀️ Phone a friend! Watch a good movie! Have a LOL! (I tell good jokes) Bake a cake (or bread LOL) Have some ice cream! Whatever floats your boat! Good things to make you feel good.
