Here’s a little workout that I do to warm up before a surf session or if I’m not surfing to stay on top of my surf fitness 🏄🏼‍♀️🏄🏼‍♂️ SURF POP UPS - 5 each side
It’s a fundamental movement for surfing but it’s amazing how much this help by just doing it on land. You become so much more fluid, stronger and quicker at popping up.

LATERAL LUNGE TO LATERAL SLIDE (that’s what I call it) - 10 each side
Do this nice and smoothly and controlled.
SIT UP - STAND UP - 10 reps
Amazing for working on your core strength and explosive power, which is crucial for surfing.
TIGER CRAWL - up and back
Great for core strength. Hands under shoulders, knees under hips, try and keep your back in a neutral position. Move your opposite arm and opposite leg at the same time. Take it slow to make sure your form is correct.
PUSHUPS - 10 reps
I hate pushups and I’m still working on my form with these! But they are a great exercise 😅

BOX JUMPS - 10 reps
Again great for building explosive power. If I’m at the beach and can’t jump onto anything I’ll just do 10 jump squats on the spot.
Rest 30secs to 1 min between each exercise. Repeat circuit 3-4 times.
