Things don’t always go as planned but adapting quickly to new situations is part of being an athlete I guess.
I found it hard to structure my training, not knowing when the next comps are, or even what discipline to train for.
Luckily I had enough time to come up with a new plan 😅
Having to wait an extra year until the Olympic Games sounded frustrating at first. But now I’ll try to see it as an opportunity to use all that time to be even better prepared.
Important to stay positive these days 😂
