Using plyos & body weight movements, you can easily create an at home circuit to burn calories and tone up! Try this one! No weight required but you can add weight!
3-4 ROUNDS OF:
1) High knee skips x 1 min (30 seconds one side, 3 seconds the other leg)
2) Sumo squats x 1 min
3) Modified AB crunches x 1 min
4) Squat holds (add dumbbell or in my case, a Babybell for added challenge and fun 😄👼🏼)
5) Pushups x 1 min or if you want to do added challenge, do burpees x 1 min.
