Benefit your personal well-being and spread it to your friends and family and simultaneously support the educational nonprofit Mindful Life Project bring mindfulness to tens of thousands of underserved youth!

Steps:
1. Do a mindful sit (you can find sits at the Mindful Life Project website, their app, Mindful Life Project TV on YouTube, Insight Timer App, etc or do it in silence)

2. Donate $1 for each minute you practiced by clicking https://www.mightycause.com/story/Mindfullifeproject

3. Pick someone you want to send this challenge to that will keep it going. Tag them (make a video or post on Facebook or Instagram) and COPY and PASTE these steps.

5. This challenge is to spread mindfulness and simultaneously support Mindful Life Project Covid-19 Rapid Response Fundraiser as they continue to bring mindfulness to tens of thousands of students, their educators and also support families in this critical time.
